REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

By purchasing tickets to our event, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding cancellations, refunds, and event modifications.

All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of personal plans

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or medical emergencies

  • Weather conditions

  • Travel delays or missed showtime

Performer Lineup & Act Changes

All shows are live productions. The lineup of performers and acts is subject to change without notice. These changes do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

Event Cancellation Policy

If a show is canceled before it begins, a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method through our authorized ticketing provider. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

If a show is canceled after it has started, management may offer an alternative date, credit, or partial refund, at their discretion.

Authorized Ticketing & Resale

Tickets must be purchased through our official ticketing platform or at the event entrance. Tickets purchased through third-party resellers or unauthorized sources may be denied entry, and we are not responsible for their validity.

External Circumstances

Circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, power outages, public safety concerns, or venue-related issues, do not qualify for a refund unless the entire event is officially canceled.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your ticket purchase, you agree to these terms and waive the right to dispute the charge based on any condition covered under this refund policy. For any concerns, please contact our support team first and allow us the opportunity to assist.
